How to BUY on Mugole?

Step 1. Search

Find what you're looking for by entering your query into the mugole searchbar. You may further use our filters to customize your results by price/date posted etc.

Step 2. Connect with a seller

After you find what you have been looking for, you may contact the seller via the phone number displayed. You can then discuss further the details, negotiate about the price and discuss delivery options.

Step 3. Safety

Whether you're picking up your item or opting for delivery, your safety is our priority. While we rigorously vet our sellers, it's always wise to take precautions. We recommend meeting the seller in a public place and making payment only after you've safely collected your item. Your safety matters to us.

How to SELL on Mugole?

Step 1. Register

Sign-up for your Mugole account by filling in your details HERE or sign-in to your existing Mugole account HERE

Step 2. Open your Mugole dashboard

After signing in to your Mugole account, go to your dashboard. Verify your email address to make sure your customers can reach you. Then go to "My Account" and update your details so customers can get to know about you.

Step 3. Post an Advert

To post an advert, tap the "SELL" button or "Post Advert" button on your dashboard, or simply follow THIS link. Fill out the form by following the steps below.

• Select the category your product falls under
• Select your location
• Upload between 2 and 8 product photos
• Enter a title for your product (the product name)
• Provide a description so customers know exactly what you are selling
• Enter the price (UGX) at which you are selling the product
• If the price is negotiable, select the "Price negotiable" checkbox
• Now you can submit your advert by clicking the gold "Submit Advert" button!

Step 4. Reply to your clients!

After you submit your advert, we will review it to make sure it follows our policies, after which it will be made active to the public! Customers on Mugole will be able to discover your products/services and contact you when they are interested!
